NEW LISTING! Fantastic, large place located in one of the most desirable areas in Port de Soller, with privacy and great views. All bedrooms have access to terraces, all overlooking the bay. It is located about 5 minutes walk away to the promenade, so there is no need to hire a car. Perfect for large groups or families.

This property is located in one of the hills of the Port de Soller bay, with fantastic views to Port de Soller, the marina, beaches, lighthouses, etc. The sunsents are absolutely stunning. It is well equipped with all kinds of amenities, including AC in three bedrooms, heating and a large TV. The two levels add up to around 350m2, so there is plenty of room. There is a swimming pool in the back of the property, which is occasionally shared with one other apartment. There are sunbeds for sun tanning. The pool is just behind the house and is available as soon as the weather allows (generally, by the end of March, but ask please).
The apartment is comprised of two levels and guests have access to all areas (except for storage and maintenance areas) as well as the pool. 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, kitchen, living room, terraces and pool.

Please, make sure that you specify the exact number of guests that will be staying at the property for the price to be adjusted accordingly. Please note that up to 6 guests only the first level, where there are three bedrooms, will be available. If you are 7 guests or more, or you need more than three bedrooms then let us know and the price will be adjusted accordingly. Please note that if we do not receive a request from you, we assume a normal occupancy of 2 guests per bedroom.Please note that there is a 2€ per person per night local tax to be paid in cash on arrival. This will be managed by the property manager after the arrival.
