Come to enjoy this traditional Mallorquin home just a few minutes walk from the heart of Soller. This is a typical beginning-of-last century, stone-built home that was almost completely rebuilt in the spring of 2018. This home has three bedrooms, and two bathrooms with a kitchen also rebuilt to feel traditional yet sporting all modern amenities.

The house itself has about 120m2 of living area nestled in a orchard plot next to Soller’s old, narrow street area. Luckily the plot is accessed through a large gate and it offers room for two cars parked side-by-side, so you don’t have to worry about parking if you arrive with a car. That said, there is no need to come by car as the house is only a 4-minute walk away from the Sóller center, so you can enjoy the town and all it has to offer without the need for transportation. Hiking trails that travel through our beautiful Tramuntana Mountains are only two minutes away

On the plot you will find a 6x4m swimming pool with a large terrace and a barbecue so you can enjoy outdoors life. Also on the plot you’ll be able to pick oranges from our own orchard.
