NEW little finca located right in the heart of the old orange groves of Sóller. The Tramuntana Mountains are a paradise for any kind of outdoor activity, especially hiking, road cycling and climbing. Two hiking trails start right from the finca into the wonderful surroundings. The town center of Sóller and the beaches in Puerto de Sóller are only a few minutes away by car. Palma with its well-known sights and its vibrant cultural life can be reached in 35 minutes.

“Sa Caseta” is located on the fringe of Sóller, but the town center with its Plaza can be reached by foot in only 10 minutes. From the terrace a fantastic view opens up over the entire valley of Sóller with a direct view of the Puig Major, the highest peak of Mallorca. Due to its eastward-facing orientation, the house receives a lot of natural sunlight all year round, also in the winter months.

Through the main entrance you enter the open kitchen, fully-equipped with all appliances as well as with a dining table and chairs. Connected to the kitchen is the living room (approx. 15 sqm) with a sofa, chairs and a TV.

The master bedroom is located behind the living room in the back of the house and has a large bed (180 x 200cm) and a large wardrobe. The smaller bedroom with a two person sofa-bed and the bathroom with a large shower are adjacent. The second bedroom can also be used as a lounging area.

From the kitchen and the second bedroom you can enter a small patio that allows kool air and sunlight to enter both rooms. In front of the house is the tiny dip-pool (1,2 x 2,2m) that provides for a refreshing cool-down in the summer months (it is possible to sit in it and enjoy a drink).

The roofed terrace in front of the living room invites you to relax in the shade and enjoy the specialties of the Mallorquin cuisine, including a glass of one of the local wines. Electric heating radiators in all rooms and A/C (hot/cold) in the bedroom. Parking right next to the house is a very small roofed parking spot. Due to its limited size it is highly advisable to rent a small car which is easily to maneuver.
