Most of the town’s attractions are easily accessible on foot within 15 minutes, making it an ideal base for truly experiencing life in Sóller.

Please Note:

• No smoking indoors

• No pets allowed

• The pool can be heated on request and at a cost of 60E/nigh for the entire reservation

• By law, parties or events are forbidden at vacation homes like this one and are severely punished by the authorities with large fines as well as immediate cancellation of the reservation. Following the law, we DO NOT authorize any party or event at this property. Please, do not organize parties or events at this property.

• Finally, this property is located in a recently-established low-emissions area which means that to enter this area with a vehicle without any need for especial permission, you need to come with a 0 emissions (fully electric) vehicle or with public transportation. If you want to come with a rented vehicle or your own vehicle, that is not a 0 emissions vehicle, you will need to stop by the town hall with the reservation and your documentation to obtain a temporary exception to drive in the low emissions area. This needs to be done within 4 days of first arrival.
