This house is situated on a little hill of Port Sóller, just 5 minutes from the harbor, the restaurants and cafés. It offers lots of privacy in a very calm and natural environment. The house is equipped up for 4 adults and 1 to max. 3 children. From every bedroom the house offers amazing views to the sea and the mountains of the Sierra de Tramontana. It offers 2 double bedrooms (with fans), and one kids room with two junk beds. The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a shower and a freestanding bathtub with views to the mountains. The second double bedroom has the bathroom just opposite with a walk-in shower and a window overlooking the mountains. There is a 3rd bathroom outside from the house, also very practical to use as a pool bathroom. The 200sqm ² terrace is partly covered, equipped with a cozy lounge furniture, perfect for great summer nights with family and friends. The wooden kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge and freezer. Connected to the kitchen there is the living room with big windows offering views to the amazing landscape of Port de Sóller and a chimney for romantic evenings. The pool is equipped with 4 sun lounges and offers as well stunning views to the sea.
