Typical, simple three bedroom, two bathroom, 200m2 stone house with AC and with a large and luscious garden. Large barbecue and terrace. For many months you can pick your own oranges for fresh orange juice or other fruits. Private parking for two vehicles.

This property is located about half-way between Sóller and Port de Sóller. A leisure walk takes you to downtown Sóller in about 15-10 minutes and to Port de Sóller in about 20-25 minutes. In both places you can enjoy great stores, restaurants and bars. There are three different stores 5-7 minutes away by walking and several restaurants 10 minutes away. By car, the property is near MA-10, so it is easy to drive anywhere and there are several hiking routes nearby.
