New/updated furniture for the 2024 season. Newly painted, new large digital TV, updated Starlink internet, as well as AC in the main building (2 bedrooms).
In the house itself there are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Of course there is a fully equipped kitchen and a large living/dining area. The main terrace offers an additional outdoor kitchen with barbecue. The entrance to the finca is via a narrow road, which is why we recommend to rent a small car with good ground clearance. There are two private parking spaces on the property. In about 15 minutes you reach the beach of Port de Soller or the dreamlike place; Deia. In another 10 you can be in Valldemossa or Fornalutx. In this finca you will experience unforgettable sunsets in an absolutely quiet and dreamy location. The perfect place to relax.
Small above-ground swimming pool for kids during the summer.
Winter (December, January, February): During the winter, this is still a very nice place to be, however, please note that we do have storms and sea storms and that it does get cold (it is not always summer in Mallorca!). Because of this, this beautiful place can feel a bit isolated. Also, the main heating of the house is done with a fireplace and some electric heaters, so you need to know how to use it. The pool is not available. In short, we have had many guests that have enjoyed a winter stay as they were looking precisely for a somewhat remote location with hiking trails nearby, however please realize that this is a different setting than it is in the summer.
